During your contract, you are never on the hook to pay for equipment that isn't working like it should. If you are having issues with your product, give us a shout and we will either repair or replace it quickly.

$0 - No cancellation fee after your minimum term is complete

$0 - If you need to return equipment to us because you no longer want it, or if it needs to be repaired, we will cover shipping costs.

Refunds

We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your product within 15 days, let us no and we'll issue you return shipping instructions, free of charge. We'll refund your payment after we receive the equipment.

All of our equipment is brand new unless you are shopping in our previously leased sections. We are very clear about this because no one wants to get stuck with pre-owned stuff when they think theyre getting something new.
